Cancellation Policy

All participants are strongly advised to take out travel insurance.

Cancellations received on or before 31 May are eligible for a refund of registration fees, less a £50 cancellation charge.

Cancellations received after 31st May are eligible for a partial refund, of 50% of registration fees.
