Submissions

Submissions for all forms of formal presentation have now closed and submitters should now be aware whether their proposal has been accepted. If your proposal has been accepted in whatever form, please continue to use the conference submission system to provide the final form of your submission:

https://www.conftool.net/or2012/

(Workshop organisers have been sent separate instructions which do not involve the conftool system.)

Posters

Prepare your final poster as a PDF file, suitable for printing (images at least 300 dpi) at A0 size in portrait format, and upload it to the conference submission system by June 24th 2012. After the conference this version will be made available from the conference website. You should print this poster and bring it with you.

If your abstract is greater than 250 words, use the field ‘remarks for chairs’ in the final submission form to provide a reduced abstract of 250 words or less.
